How to Connect a Shipping Provider

Our team will need the following information from your team to connect your shipping account:

Please provide some information from a valid invoice so that your account can be verified. To be valid, the invoice must meet the following criteria:

• Be one of the last 3 invoices issued.
• Be less than 90 days old for US/CA or less than 45 days old for all other countries

This info can be found at the top right of your invoices in “My UPS” account online. Please write the invoice number exactly as it appears on the bill.
